WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
In order to allay some of the fears and misconceptions concerning hypnosis. I would like to make it clear that what takes place under hypnosis is safe, natural, and non-magical giving ver predictable results
There is absolutely no question of being controlled or manipulated, or even induced into a hypnotic state against your free will. A person in hypnosis is not 'asleep', but in fect often more aware of what is taking place than usual and their senses are far more effective too. Nobody can possibly be made to do anything against their will and virtually anybody can enter a hypnotic ststae. Anyone who says "nobody can get me under" or "I wouldn't want anyone controlling my mind" are really demonstrating that they have no idea what hypnosis really is.
´A VALUABLE ALTERNATIVE TO DRUGS FOR ANATHESTHESIA, TO ACCELERATE HEALING, RELIEVE STRESS AND CONTROL PAIN´
The state of hypnosis, a totally natural phenomenom, is very pleasant and very relaxing, and a person can converse very easily whilst withion the state. It is inconceivable that any harm could come of them. In fact, the centuries old technique of hypnosis is being used increasingly as an alternative to orthodox medicine, where it is providing valuable accelerating healing, relieving stress and controlling pain. A good definition of hypnosis is "A state of relaxation with heightened awareness".
In hypnosis it is possible to recall and resolve past memories which relate to current blockings. Old, outdated and inappropriate patterns of behaviour can be dropped in favour of new more rewarding ways of being. It can be really satisfying to receive a boost to your self confidence and esteem and to feel back in the driving seat and in control of your life.
